John Trimmer-
President and CEO
John was appointed President and CEO in June 2001, bringing to CallTower over 15 years experience with venture businesses, and 25 years of experience in general management. John is responsible for the overall strategic direction and leadership of CallTower. Prior to joining CallTower, John was a principal founder of Convoy Capital, a venture capital firm focused on privately-held, emerging technology companies. Prior to Convoy Capital, John was the principal founder of National Diagnostic Systems, Inc. where he served as Chairman, President, and CEO until the company was acquired in 1994. Previously, John was President of American Biodyne, Inc. John led American Biodyne's early development, positioning it for its successful public offering in 1991 with annual revenues of $50 million. Medco Containment, now a part of Merck, acquired American Biodyne in 1992. John completed a seven-year tenure as a Director of Ostex International that ended with the acquisition of Ostex by Inverness Medical Innovations, Inc. on June 30, 2003. John holds an AB degree from Harvard College and an MBA from the University of Chicago.
Kelli Law-
Founder, Executive Vice President Operations & CTO
Kelli has been with CallTower since its inception. He is responsible for CallTower's knowledge resources, innovative technologies and Operational Implementation and Support. In this capacity he has been instrumental in the development of advanced application solutions for CallTower's customers. He is also responsible for managing the Service Provider Product Development and Solutions Engineering teams. Kelli has extensive experience in designing converged communications networks. Prior to CallTower, Kelli spent five years in the computer telephony industry, where he worked in sales, product management and sales engineering. He holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Economics from Brigham Young University.
Bob Barnes-
Executive Vice President Sales, Marketing and Business Development
Bob has been with CallTower since its inception. Bob is responsible for Sales, Marketing and Business Development efforts at CallTower. During his tenure at CallTower, Bob built and managed the initial sales team, directed CallTower's initial regional team rollout, and designed and managed the Client Services and Field Operations organizations. Bob has designed, sold and installed converged communications networks for over 15 year. Prior to CallTower, Bob spent eight years in two other computer telephony related companies, where he worked in sales, sales engineering and operations. He holds a Bachelor's degree from Chico State University.

Bret L. England

Executive Vice President, Finance and CFO

Bret brings more than 25 years of experience to CallTower as senior financial and operational manager and investor.  He is responsible for all general and administrative functions and strategic planning and implementation for optimal resource allocations and process efficiencies.  Bret is a certified public accountant and started his career at Deloitte and Touche.  He has served in senior, domestic and international, financial and operational roles at Symantec, Informix, Alta Vista, Portal Software, NetManage and JDA Software.  Bret has also assisted several technologies companies in various CXO and board positions and as an investor through England Consulting and Capital Group.  Bret has significant experience with all aspects of mergers and acquisitions and has been involved in over 50 transactions in excess of two billion dollars.  Bret has a bachelor of accounting degree from Weber State University, a master of taxation from Golden Gate University and is a graduate of Stanford Business School’s Executive Management program. 
Nick Nance-
Vice President of Technology Development
Nick Nance leverages more than 20 years of successful industry leadership in his role as Vice President of Development at CallTower. Nick has industry-wide voice processing and telephony technology leadership experience in the strategic development and entrepreneurship of several commercial voice applications as well as several technology patents. Prior to joining CallTower Nick successfully founded Voice3g, a leader in VoiceXML platform development. Nick also served at Alexis Communications as Co-founder and Chief Technology Officer. In these roles, he was directly responsible for all product design, development and product direction, and for defining the technology strategies and product vision of the companies' voice processing platforms. He holds a Bachelors degree in Management Information Systems from the University of Oklahoma.
Thomas A. Robone-
Vice President of Sales
Mr. Robone is a 19 year sales executive with extensive experience in helping companies rapidly capture market share and drive top-line revenue generation. With his proven track record for building world-class sales teams nationwide, he has managed revenue responsibilities across all segments of IP voice, data, and software application segments; including  ISP's, Enterprise, SMB's,  and Channel Partners.  Mr. Robone built and led the CallTower nationwide sales organization to record top line sales growth in 2007.  Prior to CallTower,  he was the  Director of Sales for Qwest Communications leading the Western Region to over 148% revenue growth yielding over $42M in his three year tenure.  Mr. Robone spent 6 years at Cisco Systems, where he held a variety of positions including Manager of Channel Operations leading a nationwide organization of Channel Account Managers and Service Providers responsible for recruiting and certifying Cisco Value Added Resellers (VAR's) throughout the United States with annual revenues of over $160M.   Mr. Robone also held management positions for Northern Telecom and Lucent Technologies.  He holds a Bachelor's degree from the University of Southern California.
