His journey through Appia Communications saw him excel as a Provisioning Engineer, Contact Center Engineer, and Engineering and Operations Manager, ultimately advancing to Vice President of Engineering.

Jeff’s strategic leadership was instrumental in Appia’s transformation into a geographically redundant national service provider. When CallTower acquired Appia Communications in 2018, Jeff’s deep industry knowledge and leadership were crucial to a seamless integration, marking him as a cornerstone of CallTower’s technological advancements and growth.
